Meet & Greet Fun Run

| The morning forecast
had called for sunny skies, temps in the low 70's. Perfect
weather for a Fun Run. It didn't say anything about the
fog which wrapped itself around City Island. But, at 8:30
the fog had burned off and it was a beautiful morning for
everyone to get together for a nice run, sharing of food and
fellowship. |

| Our Fun Run
director, Rick Campos, outdid himself in supplying the runner's
with some yummy food and drink. Great Bagels from Panera's,
cream cheese, plenty of fruit, juice and coffee. |

| Jerry Hiatt led the
5K runner's around the Paint The Towne course and Rick Campos
started others out on a little longer distance over the bridge,
to the ocean and around. Everyone got in the miles they
had hoped for but more importantly, we met new friends, welcomed
some of our new members and all in a beautiful setting at City
Island on a gorgeous morning. |
